Questions dairies ask
Do my customers have to install an app?
No. They open your link in the phone browser and can add it to their home screen. It works on any Android phone or iPhone.
How do customers pay?
They recharge their wallet by UPI (you check your bank and confirm) or, if you turn it on, online with your own Razorpay account. Deliveries are charged from the wallet each day.
Which languages are supported?
Owners, customers, packing staff and delivery agents can all use English, Hindi, Kannada, Gujarati and Telugu.
What happens when my plan ends?
You get a short grace period with full access. After that your dashboard turns view-only and customers see a paused notice. Renew any time and everything switches back on.
Do I pay by card every month?
No. You pay for a period up front, online with Razorpay or by UPI transfer that we verify. There is no automatic debit.
Is my customers' data private?
Each dairy's data is kept separate. Other dairies on the platform can never see your customers, orders or reports.
Can I sell more than milk?
Yes. You add your own products: curd, paneer, ghee, sweets, eggs or groceries. Daily items ride on the next delivery. Made-to-order items wait for your approval.
How do my customers find me?
You share your join link or QR code on WhatsApp. Customers send their address and you approve the ones in your area.
Do I need to buy or install anything?
No. Farmdwar runs in the browser. Open it on your phone or computer and start.
