Farmdwar is a platform that dairies and farms use to run daily deliveries. There are two kinds of people: the dairy or farm that signs up (the owner, and the staff the owner adds), and the customers of that dairy or farm. Each dairy is a separate business. Farmdwar provides the software; the dairy sells the milk and other products and is responsible for them.

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone safe and do not share codes. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

A dairy can try the platform free when a trial is on. After that, the dairy pays for a plan for a period, by Razorpay or by UPI transfer that we check by hand. Prices are shown before GST. There is no automatic debit. When a plan ends there is a short grace period, after which the dairy's screens become view-only until it renews.

Fees already paid for a period are not refunded unless the law says so or we made a mistake.

A customer's wallet balance belongs to the customer and is held in the dairy's books, not by us. Top-ups are checked by the dairy. Deliveries are charged to the wallet by the dairy's price when they are completed. Orders can be changed or paused until the dairy's cutoff time. Questions about an order, a refund or the quality of a product go to the dairy first.

Do not use the platform to break the law, to harass people, to send spam, or to try to get into another dairy's data. Do not try to disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does these things.

We work to keep the platform running, but we cannot promise it will never be down. We may improve or change features over time. If we make a big change that affects paid plans we will tell dairy owners first.

Features marked "coming soon" are not available yet. Joining a waitlist does not create a contract. The terms of any farm programme will be shown clearly before anyone joins.

You can stop using the platform at any time. A dairy owner can ask us to close the dairy. We may keep some records as the law requires.

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
